We understand that travel plans can change and visa applications may involve uncertainty, and we do our best to offer a smooth experience. However, due to the nature of visa services, we are generally unable to issue refunds once the application process has started.

We encourage all clients to read this policy carefully before submitting their order.


When Refunds Are Not Possible

Once we begin processing your application or submit it to the relevant government or immigration authority, no refund can be issued, regardless of the final outcome. This includes cases where:

  • Your visa has already been approved
  • You decide not to travel after submission
  • Your application is rejected due to incorrect information

Because each application involves service time, resources, and in many cases non-refundable government fees, we are unable to recover these costs once the process has begun.


Exceptions – When to Contact Us

While we cannot guarantee refunds, we are here to help and always willing to assess your case fairly.

Please contact us at support@evisalegal.com if:

  • You believe your application was not handled as expected
  • You requested a service that we were unable to deliver within the expected timeframe (and no submission has been made)
  • You placed an order by mistake and need to cancel before any processing begins

We will review your situation carefully and let you know if a refund, credit, or alternative solution is possible.
